Devfrnds ("we," "us," "our") offers web development, app development, UI/UX design, and graphic design. This policy covers anyone who visits our site or works with us as a client. Using our site or hiring us means you're okay with what's described below. Questions? Just email us see the contact section at the bottom.
02 Information we collect
What we collect just depends on how you're using our site or working with us.
Your contact info

Name, email, phone, and company name whatever you give us through a form, quote request, or contract.

Project files

Briefs, logos, content, and sometimes login details you share so we can actually build or design your project.

Basic site data

Things like your browser and general location, collected automatically when you visit our website.

How you use our site

Which pages get visited, so we know what's working and what to improve.

We don't ask for sensitive stuff like health or ID details unless a project genuinely needs it and if it does, we'll agree on that with you directly first.
03 How we use your information
  • To do the work - building, designing, and delivering whatever you've hired us for.
  • To talk to you - replying to questions, sharing project updates, sending invoices.
  • To improve our site - seeing what's useful and what isn't.
  • To stay legit - meeting our legal and tax obligations, and keeping things secure.
  • To send updates (only if you say yes) - occasional news about our work. Unsubscribe anytime.
We never sell your data, and we never use your project files for anything beyond your project.

05 Sharing & third parties
We don't sell your data. We do use a few outside tools to run our business, and they get limited access where needed:
  • Hosting - to keep our site and client projects running online.
  • Work tools - code and design platforms our team uses day-to-day.
  • Payments - a payment processor handles billing; we never see your full card details.
  • Legal - only if the law requires us to share something.
Anyone we work with is expected to keep your data just as safe as we do.
06 Data security
A few things we do to keep your data safe:
  • Everything's encrypted in transit (that's the padlock in your browser).
  • Only team members who need access to your files actually get it.
  • Access to your project gets removed once we're done, unless you want ongoing support.
No system is 100% unhackable, but if anything ever goes wrong, we'll let you know right away.
07 Data retention
We only keep your data as long as we actually need it:
  • Project files - kept while we work together, plus a bit after in case you need support, then deleted.
  • Logins & credentials - removed once the project's done, unless we're still maintaining it for you.
  • Marketing contacts - kept until you unsubscribe.
08 Your rights
Whenever you want, you can ask us to:
  • Show you what data we have about you.
  • Fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your data.
  • Stop sending you marketing emails.

Email admin@devfrnds.com and we'll sort it out usually within a few days, and no later than 30.
09 Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and adults, not kids. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18 and if we ever find out we have, we'll delete it right away. Let us know if you think this has happened.
10 International data transfers
Since we use tools and work with people in different countries, your data might travel outside your home country. When it does, we make sure it's still handled safely and in line with data protection laws.
11 Changes to this policy
We might update this policy now and then as our business grows or laws change. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If something major changes, we'll let our active clients know directly.
